The Parish of San Miguel of Sagra and San Gil in Madrid in the Sixteenth Century. Documentary Contributions

A number of unpublished documents relating to the former parish of San Miguel de Sagra Face Paints and San Gil, located very close to the main entrance of the Alcazar of Madrid, and its subsequent demolition and relocation in 1548 with a new building on the southeast side of the Palace, gives insight into an urban Microphone Components project long matured and resulted in the formation of an open and regularized, emblematic and representative space, which was the square in front of the main entrance of the Palace.
